Les Paniers Surprise doivent être retirés en magasin dans le créneau horaire spécifié sur la fiche du Panier Too Good To Go. Une fois arrivé au magasin, ouvrez l'application et montrez votre réservation au commerçant. Pour valider la collecte, n'oubliez pas de swiper sur le bouton en bas de votre fiche de réservation. Et voilà, vous pouvez récupérer votre Panier !

Il est possible de confier à quelqu'un d'autre le retrait de votre Panier Surprise. Grâce à la fonction "Demander à un ami" de l'application Too Good To Go, quelqu'un d'autre peut récupérer votre commande à votre place.
