How to enter

On July 14, 2025 - July 16, 2025 and July 22 - July 24, 2025 at the following times: 11:00 AM EST, 12:00 PM EST, 1:00 PM EST, 2:00 PM EST, 3:00 PM EST, 4:00 PM EST, 5:00 PM EST, 6:00 PM EST, 7:00 PM EST, 8:00 PM EST, 9:00 PM EST, and 10:00 PM EST, 10 vouchers worth $5.00 each will be distributed to users who open the application first at any given time.

Vouchers are awarded according to the order in which the app is opened within a certain time period, on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 10 people who click on the in-app message banner will receive a voucher, which will be automatically added to the user's account.

A link to the voucher will be available via In-App Message.

Each user can receive only one voucher during the campaign.

Participation is free and does not require in-app purchase or payment.

No additional actions or conditions are required.

There is no guarantee of receiving a voucher.

The number of vouchers is limited, and their distribution ends when the daily limit is exhausted.

1. ORGANIZATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES

The company Too Good To Go Inc. (hereinafter "TGTG ") whose registered office is located at 800 North State Street, Suite 304, Dover, Delaware 19901, is sponsoring a Giveaway with no obligation to purchase entitled July Voucher Hunt (hereinafter the "Giveaway"). The Giveaway takes place exclusively on the Too Good To Go app.

TGTG reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Giveaway or these Official Rules at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in the Giveaway, each participant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, which can be accessed at any time during the Giveaway at https://www.toogoodtogo.com/en-us/blog/july-voucher-hunt. You represent and warrant that you meet the conditions of participation set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of TGTG, as final and binding as it relates to the Giveaway.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway takes place exclusively within the TGTG app from July 14, 2025 at 11:00 am EST until July 26, 2025 at 10:00 pm EST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside of the Giveaway Period will not participate in the Giveaway.

4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate in the Giveaway you must have a registered account on the Too Good To Go app and must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where the participant resides, whichever is older), at the time of participation, and a legal resident of the State of Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, except for TGTG employees and their families, as well as any person who participated in the development of the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Any participant who participates from an account opened for the benefit of another person will be disqualified. Only one (1) account may be used per individual participant. Limit one (1) entry per individual.

5. HOW IT WORKS

Each voucher will be distributed to users who open the TGTG app first at any given time. Vouchers are awarded according to the order in which the TGTG app is opened at following times, all EST: 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, 9:00 PM, and 10:00 PM, on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 10 people who click on the in-app message manner will receive a voucher, which will be automatically added to the user’s account.

A link to the voucher will be available via in-App Message.

6. AWARDS

There are 720 vouchers available.

Information on TGTG vouchers (https://static.apptoogoodtogo.com/vouchers/en-us/index.html): each voucher has a value of $5.00 and can only be used at stores in the United States available on the Too Good To Go app. Each voucher can be used only once by one person. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for an equivalent, returned for a refund, their balances cannot be consolidated with a new voucher or exchanged after the expiration date. Unused values will not be refunded or assigned to any transactions after the expiration date. Vouchers are not redeemable in case of loss or theft, unless the situation is due to reasons for which TGTG is responsible. The actual value of the awards may differ at the time of the award. Eventual photographs or graphic representations presenting the awards are provided for illustration purposes only and may under no circumstances be considered as being contractual. The award is non-transferable. No substitution of award or transfer/assignment of award to others or request for the cash equivalent by recipients is permitted. Any and all award-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Participant acknowledges that TGTG is the sole and exclusive owner of any and all rights, including intellectual property rights, regarding this Giveaway, its content and TGTG’s trademarks. Nothing in this Giveaway shall grant any right, title or interest in or to TGTG’s contents and trademarks to any participant.

TGTG reserves the right, where permitted by law, to exploit the results of the Giveaway and to disseminate the eventual photographs, drawings, recipes or any other work of the participants on its various existing and future communication media (website, social networks) for promotional, public relations or other purposes without further compensation other than the prizes won.

By entering the Giveaway, participant grants TGTG, where permitted by law, a worldwide, irrevocable, unrestricted, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferrable right and license to exploit any content provided in the course of the Giveaway in any media now or hereafter known, without any payment or other consideration of any kind, or permission or notification, to him/her or any third party, for any purpose, including, without limitation the right to reproduce, display, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works of, alter, amend, broadcast, edit, publish, use, merchandise, license, sublicense, and adapt the content in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world, for any purpose, whether commercial in nature or otherwise. participant guarantees that they have the legal power to grant the above license and that any content provided by them in the course of the Giveaway is free from third-party rights.

8. GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless TGTG and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the voucher. The participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.

TGTG’s liability is strictly limited to the delivery of the vouchers actually and validly received. TGTG shall not be held responsible:

• for any incident or accident that may occur during the enjoyment of the voucher awarded and/or due to its improper use by each recipient.
• for any problems of delivery or loss of postal or electronic mail (in particular with regard to the delivery of vouchers). Any vouchers sent by TGTG to a recipient that is unclaimed or returned for any other reason by the postal services will be lost to the recipient and will remain the property of TGTG.
• for any direct or indirect, material or moral damage whatsoever if the Giveaway is cancelled, temporarily or permanently unavailable, does not take place according to the announced rules or, in general, if participation in the Giveaway proves temporarily or permanently impossible.
• for any damage caused to a participant, his/her/their computer equipment and/or the data stored on it, as well as for any direct or indirect consequences that may result from this on his/her/their personal or professional activity. Therefore, each participant is responsible for the security systems that he/she/they puts in place on his/her/their computer equipment, and TGTG cannot be held responsible for contamination by possible viruses or for the intrusion of a third party into the computer system of any participant in the Giveaway.
• in the event of communication network failures, malfunction of the reception equipment, or network congestion preventing the smooth running of the Giveaway or causing, directly or indirectly, a loss of chance in participating in the Giveaway.

The above limitations of liability shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these rules shall limit or exclude TGTG’s liability for any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for TGTG to exclude or restrict its liability.

TGTG may cancel all or part of the Giveaway if it appears that fraud has been organized, in any form whatsoever and in particular in a computerized manner and has occurred during the course of the Giveaway or in the context of determining the winners. In this case, TGTG reserves the right not to award the vouchers to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute them before the competent courts.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected by TGTG in the course of the Sweepstakes concerning the entrants are necessary to enable their participation to be taken into account, the determination and announcement of the winners, the proper execution of the prize draw, and the allocation of the prizes. This information may be transmitted to a service provider for draw of the winners and the delivery of prizes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you consent to TGTG using and disclosing the personal information for the stated purposes, or as otherwise required or permitted by law. 10. LAW AND VENUE

Any possible dispute on the interpretation of these Official Rules shall be decided by TGTG and shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York having jurisdiction.
